Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data associated with Citron, including any data obtained via Facebook Login or Facebook APIs, please follow the steps below. We will process verified requests as required by applicable law.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to hi@citronapp.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the following details to help us locate your account:
   • Your full name
   • The email address used with Citron (if any)
   • If you used Facebook: your Facebook User ID or a link to your Facebook profile
   • Any other identifiers used in the app (if applicable)
3. Optionally, include a short statement: "I am requesting deletion of my personal data associated with my Citron account."

What Happens Next

After receiving your request, we will verify your identity and delete your personal data from our systems where applicable. We will also notify relevant third‑party processors, when required, to remove associated data. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.
